Marsh Valley Eagles (Arimo, ID) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad tip the visiting Sugar-Salem Diggers (Sugar City, ID), 48-42 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Marsh Valley upgrades its record to 7-2 on the season. The Eagles host Teton (Driggs, ID) to play the Timberwolves in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 11. The Timberwolves go into the bout with a record of 7-5. Teton won 72-34 in their recent non-league bout against Salmon (Salmon, ID)
Next up, the Diggers play the Shelley Russets (Shelley, ID) in a non-league bout, on Thursday, January 13. Sugar-Salem will attempt to upgrade on its 5-7 season record.
