The T.R. Miller Tigers (Brewton, AL) basketball knocked off the host Pleasant Home Eagles (Andalusia, AL), 39-25 in Friday's non-league test.
The Tigers (10-4) will now prepare for their test against Flomaton (Flomaton, AL). The Hurricanes go into the 3A Area 2 test with a 2-7 record.
The Eagles now own a 7-4 record. They play next when they host Florala for a 1A Area 2 test on Tuesday, January 11. Pleasant Home will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 50-38 league win over Samson (Samson, AL). The Wildcats record now stands at 14-5.
