Washington High School Basketball - Almira-Coulee-Hartline knocked off by Wellpinit

The Wellpinit Redskins basketball team scored 72 points and held the visiting Almira-Coulee-Hartline Warriors to 58 in the Redskins league triumph on Saturday.

The Redskins now sport a 10-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Valley Christian for a 1B Northeast contest on Tuesday, January 10. Wellpinit will battle a Panthers team coming off a 43-42 league win over Varsity Opponent (, ). The Panthers record now stands at 1-7.

The Warriors (8-4) will now prepare for their contest against Wilbur-Creston-Keller (Creston, WA). The Wildcats enter the 1B Northeast contest with a 6-4 record. In their last contest, Wilbur-Creston-Keller ran past Odessa (Odessa, WA), 47-41, in a league bout.
