Colorado High School Basketball - Aspen knocked off by Steamboat Springs

The Steamboat Springs Sailors basketball team scored 43 points and held the host Aspen Skiers to 29 in the Sailors league triumph on Saturday.

The Sailors now sport a 5-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Delta for a 4A Western Slope contest on Friday, January 13. Steamboat Springs will battle a Panthers team coming off a 70-48 non-league loss to Alamosa (Alamosa, CO). The Panthers record now stands at 2-6.

The Skiers (4-3) will now prepare for their contest against Moffat County (Craig, CO). The Bulldogs enter the 4A Western Slope contest with a 2-7 record.
