Maine High School Basketball - Belfast knocked off by Bucksport

The Bucksport Golden Bucks basketball team scored 63 points and held the visiting Belfast Lions to 45 in the Golden Bucks league triumph on Saturday.
The Golden Bucks now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Washington Academy for a B North contest on Wednesday, January 11. Bucksport will meet a Raiders team coming off a 47-30 league loss to Presque Isle (Presque Isle, ME). The Raiders record now stands at 2-5.
The Lions (0-8) will now prepare for their contest against Winslow (Winslow, ME). The Black Raiders enter the B North contest with a 6-0 record. In their last contest, Winslow ran past Mount Desert Island (Mount Desert, ME), 63-56, in a league contest.
