In Saturday's league match, the host Brunswick Dragons basketball team scored a tight 55-51 triumph over the Biddeford Tigers.
In their next game, the Dragons face the Gray-New Gloucester Patriots (Gray, ME) in a A South match, on Tuesday, January 10. Brunswick will attempt to move on its 3-5 season record. The Patriots enter the match with a 6-2 record after their 91-68 non-league win over Lake Region (Naples, ME).
The Tigers now own a 2-7 record. They play next when they travel to Sanford for a non-league outing on Friday, January 13.
