In Saturday's league outing, the Bonny Eagle Scots (Standish, ME) basketball squad edged the host Gorham Rams (Gorham, ME), by a count of 51-50.
The Scots (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against Sanford (Sanford, ME). The Spartans go into the AA South outing with a 1-6 record.
The Rams now hold a 5-4 record. They play next when they travel to South Portland for a AA South outing on Tuesday, January 10. Gorham will clash with a Red Riots squad coming off a 65-50 league win over Scarborough (Scarborough, ME). The Red Riots record now stands at 8-1.
