Bossier Bearkats (Bossier City, LA) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the visiting Calvary Baptist Academy Cavaliers (Shreveport, LA), 78-56 in a non-league bout.

With the victory, Bossier upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Bearkats travel to Wossman (Monroe, LA) to play the Wildcats in a non-league bout on Friday, January 13. The Wildcats come into the bout with a record of 13-3.

Next up, the Cavaliers play the Loyola College Prep Flyers (Shreveport, LA) in a 2A District 1 bout, on Tuesday, January 17. Calvary Baptist Academy will attempt to upgrade on its 13-6 season record.
