Butte Bulldogs (Butte, MT) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the visiting Flathead Braves/Bravettes (Kalispell, MT), 59-48 in a league bout.

With the win, Butte upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Bulldogs host Sentinel (Missoula, MT) to play the Spartans in a AA Western bout on Friday, January 20. The Spartans go into the bout with a record of 2-4.

Next up, the Braves/Bravettes play the Sentinel Spartans (Missoula, MT) in a AA Western bout, on Friday, February 3. Flathead will attempt to upgrade on its 0-5 season record.
