The University Hawks basketball team (Hartford, CT), was overwhelmed 69-29 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Classical Magnet Gladiators (Hartford, CT)
The Gladiators now possess a 4-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Academy of Science and Innovation for a Capitol Region battle on Wednesday, January 11. Classical Magnet will confront a Ravens team coming off a 60-42 league win over Hartford Magnet Trinity College Academy (Hartford, CT). The Ravens record now stands at 5-1.
The Hawks (2-4) will now prepare for their battle against Bulkeley (Hartford, CT). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Bulkeley trounced Achievement First (Hartford, CT), 59-31, in a league battle.
