Fulton Falcons (Knoxville, TN) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Clinton Dragons (Clinton, TN), 78-54 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Fulton upgrades its record to 11-4 on the season. The Falcons host Lenoir City (Lenoir City, TN) to clash with the Panthers in a 3A District 5 bout on Tuesday, January 10. The Panthers go into the bout with a record of 8-7. Lenoir City won 54-53 in their recent non-league bout against Carter (Strawberry Plains, TN)

Next up, the Dragons clash with the Powell Panthers (Powell, TN) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Clinton will attempt to upgrade on its 7-11 season record. The Panthers go into the bout with a 2-11 record after their 59-50 non-league loss to Halls (Knoxville, TN).
