Texas High School Basketball - Cy-Fair thwarts Spring Woods

The Cy-Fair Bobcats (Cypress, TX) basketball knocked off the host Spring Woods Tigers (Houston, TX), 43-33 in Saturday's league test.
The Bobcats (8-12) will now prepare for their test against Cypress Ridge (Houston, TX). The Rams go into the 6A Region III District 17 test with a 4-16 record. In their last test, Cypress Ridge went down by Stratford (Houston, TX), 81-55, in a league test.
The Tigers now own a 13-8 record. They play next when they travel to Cypress Creek for a 6A Region III District 17 test on Wednesday, January 11. Spring Woods will encounter a Cougars squad coming off a 78-26 league win over Northbrook (Houston, TX). The Cougars record now stands at 18-5.
