The Fountain Lake Cobras basketball team (Hot Springs National Park, AR), dropped 49-35 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Dardanelle Sand Lizards (Dardanelle, AR)
The Sand Lizards now possess a 9-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Morrilton for a 4A Region 4 battle on Tuesday, January 10. Dardanelle will battle a Devil Dogs team coming off a 51-37 league win over Waldron (Waldron, AR). The Devil Dogs record now stands at 14-5.
The Cobras (5-2) will now prepare for their battle against Ozark (Ozark, AR). The Hillbillies come into the 4A Region 4 battle with a 3-8 record. In their last battle, Ozark prevailed over Pottsville (Pottsville, AR), 35-28, in a league battle.
