In Saturday's league outing, the Dodge County Indians (Eastman, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jeff Davis Yellowjackets (Hazlehurst, GA), by a count of 78-42.
The Indians (7-2) will now prepare for their outing against Cook (Adel, GA). The Hornets go into the AA Region 1 outing with a 2-8 record. In their last outing, Cook smashed Berrien (Nashville, GA), 58-45, in a league outing.
The Yellowjackets now hold a 2-10 record. They play next when they host Worth County for a AA Region 1 outing on Tuesday, January 10. Jeff Davis will clash with a Rams squad coming off a 53-38 non-league loss to Bleckley County (Cochran, GA). The Rams record now stands at 2-10.
