The Oak Hill Oaks basketball team (Oak Hill, OH), was nudged 54-48 in Saturday's league battle with the host Eastern Eagles (Beaver, OH)
The Eagles now possess a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Northwest for a Southern Ohio II battle on Tuesday, January 10. Eastern will battle a Mohawks team coming off a 54-31 non-league win over Adena (Frankfort, OH). The Mohawks record now stands at 10-3.
The Oaks (5-5) will now prepare for their battle against South Webster (South Webster, OH). The Jeeps come into the Southern Ohio II battle with a 7-3 record. In their last battle, South Webster edged Eastern (Beaver, OH), 70-40, in a league battle.
