The Parker Pheasants basketball team (Parker, SD), was overwhelmed 50-27 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Flandreau Fliers (Flandreau, SD)
The Fliers now possess a 3-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Madison for a non-league battle on Friday, January 13. Flandreau will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 52-44 non-league win over Vermillion (Vermillion, SD). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-4.
The Pheasants (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against McCook Central/Montrose (Salem, SD). The Fighting Cougars come into the non-league battle with a 4-1 record. In their last battle, McCook Central/Montrose trounced Corsica/Stickney (Corsica, SD), 58-35, in a non-league battle.
