The Governor Livingston Highlanders basketball team (Berkeley Heights, NJ), was nudged 37-36 in Saturday's non-league battle with the visiting Johnson Crusaders (Clark, NJ)
The Crusaders now possess a 5-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host New Providence for a Mountain Valley - Valley battle on Tuesday, January 10.
The Highlanders (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Dayton (Springfield, NJ). The Bulldogs come into the non-league battle with a 2-6 record. In their last battle, Dayton edged Highland Park (Highland Park, NJ), 66-36, in a non-league battle.
