The Sweet Grass County Sheepherders basketball team (Big Timber, MT), dropped 61-48 in Saturday's league battle with the visiting Jefferson Panthers (Boulder, MT)

The Panthers now possess a 3-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Choteau for a non-league battle on Tuesday, January 10. Jefferson will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 62-29 league loss to Cut Bank (Cut Bank, MT). The Bulldogs record now stands at 1-4.

The Sheepherders (3-4) will now prepare for their battle against Jefferson (Boulder, MT). The Panthers come into the B District 5 battle with a 3-5 record.
