The Trout Lake Mustangs basketball team scored 71 points and held the visiting Klickitat Vandals to 41 in the Mustangs non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Mustangs now sport a 1-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host South Wasco County for a 1A Big Sky contest on Tuesday, January 10. Trout Lake will meet a Redsides team coming off a 78-43 league win over Horizon Christian (Hood River, OR). The Redsides record now stands at 11-1.

The Vandals (0-2) will now prepare for their contest against Bickleton (Bickleton, WA). The Pirates enter the non-league contest with a 0-0 record.
