In Saturday's non-league outing, the Loyalsock Township Lancers (Williamsport, PA) basketball squad beat the host Warrior Run Defenders (Turbotville, PA), by a margin of 64-53.
The Lancers (4-2) will now prepare for their outing against Hughesville (Hughesville, PA). The Spartans go into the non-league outing with a 5-3 record. In their last outing, Hughesville defeated Neumann Regional Academy (Williamsport, PA), 68-53, in a non-league outing.
The Defenders now own a 3-6 record. They play next when they travel to Mount Carmel for a Heartland III outing on Wednesday, January 11. Warrior Run will clash with a RED TORNADOES squad coming off a 59-51 non-league win over South Williamsport (South Williamsport, PA). The RED TORNADOES record now stands at 3-7.
