Ray Bearcats (Kearny, AZ) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Mountainside Wolves (Wittmann, AZ), 57-24 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Ray upgrades its record to 11-7 on the season. The Bearcats travel to San Miguel (Tucson, AZ) to clash with the Vipers in a non-league bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Vipers go into the bout with a record of 2-12.

Next up, the Wolves clash with the Anthem Prep Eagles (Anthem, AZ) in a non-league bout, on Monday, January 9. Mountainside will attempt to upgrade on its 0-4 season record. The Eagles go into the bout with a 5-4 record after their 61-51 non-league win over Valley Lutheran (Phoenix, AZ).
