The Wright Panthers (Wright, WY) basketball felled the visiting Niobrara County Tigers (Lusk, WY), 84-71 in Saturday's non-league test.
The Panthers (7-4) will now prepare for their test against Newcastle (Newcastle, WY). The Dogies go into the non-league test with a 0-5 record. In their last test, Newcastle was beaten by Torrington (Torrington, WY), 65-17, in a non-league test.
The Tigers now own a 1-7 record. They play next when they host Lingle-Fort Laramie for a 2A Southeast test on Friday, January 13.
