Stowe Raiders (Stowe, VT) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the host Oxbow Olympians (Bradford, VT), 60-49 in a league bout.

With the victory, Stowe upgrades its record to 1-7 on the campaign. The Raiders host Richford (Richford, VT) to play the Falcons in a Mountain bout on Wednesday, January 18. The Falcons come into the bout with a record of 5-4.

Next up, the Olympians play the Twinfield Trojans (Plainfield, VT) in a Southern Vermont - D bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Oxbow will attempt to upgrade on its 1-10 season record.
