St. Mary's Crusaders (Medford, OR) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Rogue River Chieftains (Rogue River, OR), 74-35 in a league bout.

With the victory, St. Mary's upgrades its record to 3-9 on the campaign. The Crusaders travel to Brookings-Harbor (Brookings, OR) to play the Bruins in a 3A Far West bout on Wednesday, January 11. The Bruins come into the bout with a record of 0-8.

Next up, the Chieftains play the North Valley Knights (Grants Pass, OR) in a 3A Far West bout, on Wednesday, January 11. Rogue River will attempt to upgrade on its 2-8 season record. The Knights come into the bout with a 4-8 record after their 84-40 league loss to Cascade Christian (Medford, OR).
