Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the Calais Blue Devils (Calais, ME) and the host Schenck Wolverines (East Millinocket, ME), saw Calais's basketball squad wallop Schenck by a tally of 59-29.

With the victory, Calais improves its record to 5-2 on the campaign. The Blue Devils travel to Narraguagus (Harrington, ME) to confront the Knights in a C North challenge on Thursday, January 12. The Knights come into the challenge with a record of 4-4.

Next up, the Wolverines confront the Penobscot Valley Howlers (Howland, ME) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 10. Schenck will attempt to improve on its 3-6 season record. The Howlers come into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 89-14 non-league win over Bangor Christian (Bangor, ME).
