Colorado High School Basketball - De Beque topples Vail Christian

In Saturday's league outing, the De Beque Dragons (De Beque, CO) basketball squad beat the visiting Vail Christian Saints (Edwards, CO), by a count of 44-29.

The Dragons (5-3) will now prepare for their outing against West Grand (Kremmling, CO). The Mustangs go into the 2A/1A Western Slope outing with a 3-4 record.

The Saints now hold a 2-3 record. They play next when they travel to Caprock Academy for a 2A/1A Western Slope outing on Friday, January 13. Vail Christian will clash with a Eagles squad coming off a 43-32 non-league win over Vail Christian (Edwards, CO). The Eagles record now stands at 6-2.
