Fans at Saturday's league contest between the Deer Park Stags (Deer Park, WA) and the visiting Medical Lake Cardinals (Medical Lake, WA), saw Deer Park's basketball team triumph over Medical Lake by a score of 52-23.
The Stags now sport a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Riverside for a 1A Northeast contest on Tuesday, January 10. Deer Park will battle a Rams team coming off a 60-10 league loss to Freeman (Rockford, WA). The Rams record now stands at 0-4.
The Cardinals (5-6) will now prepare for their contest against Freeman (Rockford, WA). The Scotties come into the 1A Northeast contest with a 10-2 record. In their last contest, Freeman triumphed over Riverside (Chattaroy, WA), 60-10, in a league contest.
