Hudson Explorers (Hudson, OH) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad knock off the visiting North Royalton Bears (North Royalton, OH), 43-34 in a league bout.

With the victory, Hudson upgrades its record to 6-6 on the campaign. The Explorers host Cuyahoga Falls (Cuyahoga Falls, OH) to play the Black Tigers in a non-league bout on Monday, January 9. The Black Tigers come into the bout with a record of 6-7. Cuyahoga Falls lost 59-37 in their recent league bout against Highland (Medina, OH)

Next up, the Bears play the South Rebels (Willoughby, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, January 14. North Royalton will attempt to upgrade on its 2-9 season record.
