Georgia High School Basketball - Rabun County routs Jefferson

In Saturday's non-league outing, the Rabun County Wildcats (Tiger, GA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Jefferson Dragons (Jefferson, GA), by a count of 67-40.
The Wildcats (14-1) will now prepare for their outing against Commerce (Commerce, GA). The Tigers go into the A D1 Region 8 outing with a 6-7 record. In their last outing, Commerce smashed Lincoln County (Lincolnton, GA), 42-18, in a non-league outing.
The Dragons now hold a 4-12 record. They play next when they travel to Heritage for a AAAAA Region 8 outing on Tuesday, January 10. Jefferson will clash with a Patriots team coming off a 62-40 league win over Clarke Central (Athens, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 10-5.
