New York High School Basketball - Orchard Park succumbs to Lancaster

January 7, 2023: Orchard Park, NY 14127

The Lancaster Legends topped the host Orchard Park Quakers basketball team by a final score of 65-51 in Saturday's league game.

In their next game, the Legends face the Cardinal O'Hara Hawks (Tonawanda, NY) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, January 10. Lancaster will attempt to move on its 6-0 season record. The Hawks enter the game with a 4-4 record after their 67-34 league win over St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY).

With the defeat, Orchard Park moves to 4-6 on the year. The Quakers travel to Williamsville North (Williamsville, NY) to face the Spartans in a Section 6 Erie County I game on Tuesday, January 10. The Spartans enter the game with a record of 3-3. Williamsville North won 66-58 in their recent league game against Jamestown (Jamestown, NY)
