Georgia High School Basketball - Manchester tipped by Schley County

January 7, 2023: Ellaville, GA 31806

The Schley County Wildcats basketball team scored 66 points and held the visiting Manchester Blue Devils to 63 in the Wildcats non-league triumph on Saturday.

The Wildcats now sport a 7-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Greenville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Schley County will meet a Patriots team coming off a 68-48 league loss to Manchester (Manchester, GA). The Patriots record now stands at 1-9.

The Blue Devils (7-6) will now prepare for their contest against Lamar County (Barnesville, GA). The Trojans enter the non-league contest with a 12-3 record. In their last contest, Lamar County was nudged by Mary Persons (Forsyth, GA), 40-37, in a non-league contest.
