In Saturday's league outing, the Tamalpais Red Tailed Hawks (Mill Valley, CA) basketball squad overwhelmed the visiting Novato Hornets (Novato, CA), by a count of 40-14.

The Red Tailed Hawks (8-6) will now prepare for their outing against Branson (Ross, CA). The Bulls go into the Marin County outing with a 6-8 record. In their last outing, Branson was crushed by San Marin (Novato, CA), 63-44, in a league outing.

The Hornets now hold a 7-8 record. They play next when they host San Rafael for a Marin County outing on Tuesday, January 10. Novato will clash with a Bulldogs squad coming off a 49-26 league loss to Marin Catholic (Kentfield, CA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-9.
