In Saturday's league match, the host Powder Valley Badgers basketball team scored a tight 36-35 triumph over the Union Bobcats.
In their next game, the Badgers meet the Imbler Panthers (Imbler, OR) in a 1A Old Oregon match, on Thursday, January 12. Powder Valley will attempt to move on its 8-5 season record. The Panthers enter the match with a 10-2 record after their 56-33 league win over Cove (Cove, OR).
