The Sheridan Generals basketball team scored 64 points and held the host River View Black Bears to 21 in the Generals league triumph on Saturday.

The Generals now sport a 11-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Philo for a Muskingum Valley contest on Wednesday, January 11. Sheridan will meet a Electrics team coming off a 46-36 non-league win over Claymont (Uhrichsville, OH). The Electrics record now stands at 6-7.

The Black Bears (3-9) will now prepare for their contest against West Muskingum (Zanesville, OH). The Tornadoes enter the Muskingum Valley contest with a 9-4 record. In their last contest, West Muskingum triumphed over Lakewood (Hebron, OH), 38-33, in a non-league contest.
