The Shippensburg Greyhounds basketball team scored 63 points and restricted the visiting Spring Grove Rockets to 60 in the Greyhounds non-league victory on Saturday.

The Greyhounds now sport a 4-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to West Perry for a Mid-Penn - Colonial contest on Tuesday, January 10. Shippensburg will battle a Mustangs team coming off a 54-45 league loss to James Buchanan (Mercersburg, PA). The Mustangs record now stands at 3-3.

The Rockets (3-7) will now prepare for their contest against William Penn (York, PA). The Bearcats come into the York-Adams 1 contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, William Penn edged Central Dauphin East (Harrisburg, PA), 60-27, in a non-league contest.
