Ohio High School Basketball - Westerville North can't hold off Westerville Central

The Westerville Central Warhawks basketball team scored 54 points and held the visiting Westerville North Warriors to 48 in the Warhawks non-league triumph on Saturday.
The Warhawks now sport a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hilliard Darby for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 10. Westerville Central will battle a Panthers team coming off a 55-45 league win over Thomas Worthington (Worthington, OH). The Panthers record now stands at 12-2.
The Warriors (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Worthington Kilbourne (Columbus, OH). The Wolves enter the Ohio Capital - Capital contest with a 2-8 record. In their last contest, Worthington Kilbourne nudged Franklin Heights (Columbus, OH), 49-34, in a league contest.
