In Saturday's league challenge, the Martha's Vineyard Regional Vineyarders (Oak Bluffs, MA) ice hockey team nudged the host Nantucket Whalers (Nantucket, MA), by a margin of 3-2.

The Vineyarders now possess a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nantucket for a challenge on Saturday, February 4.

The Whalers (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Dennis-Yarmouth Regional (South Yarmouth, MA). The Dolphins enter the Atlantic Coast challenge with a 0-0 record.
