The Pirates now possess a 5-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Miller Grove for a battle on Saturday, January 14. Stone Mountain will confront a Wolverines team coming off a 71-40 league win over McNair (Atlanta, GA). The Wolverines record now stands at 1-2.
The Titans (1-4) will now prepare for their battle against Clarkston (Clarkston, GA). The Angoras come into the non-league battle with a 1-6 record. In their last battle, Clarkston was nudged by Redan (Stone Mountain, GA), 48-40, in a non-league battle.
