The Maple Heights Mustangs basketball team scored 54 points and restricted the host Rhodes Rams to 43 in the Mustangs non-league victory on Sunday.
The Mustangs now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Glenville for a non-league contest on Tuesday, January 9. Maple Heights will battle a Tarblooders team coming off a 71-47 non-league win over Beechcroft (Columbus, OH). The Tarblooders record now stands at 7-3.
The Rams (5-3) will now prepare for their contest against Brush (Lyndhurst, OH). The Arcs come into the non-league contest with a 5-5 record. In their last contest, Brush dropped by Cleveland Heights (Cleveland Heights, OH), 66-62, in a non-league contest.
