With the victory, Burke advances its record to 10-5 on the year. The Bulldogs host Timberland (St. Stephen, SC) to meet the Wolves in a AA Region 6 battle on Friday, January 10. The Wolves enter the battle with a record of 3-11. Timberland lost 64-31 in their recent non-league battle against Cross (Cross, SC)
The Islanders now own a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Baptist Hill for a A Region 5 battle on Friday, January 10. St. John's will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 53-37 non-league win over Hardeeville (Hardeeville, SC). The Bobcats record now stands at 6-9.
