Pennsylvania High School Basketball - Hempfield Area victorious over Canon-McMillan

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Hempfield Area Spartans basketball team scored a good 66-47 triumph over the Canon-McMillan Big Macs.
The Spartans (7-5) will now prepare for their contest against Upper St. Clair (Upper St. Clair, PA). The Panthers go into the WPIAL 6A 2 contest with a 12-1 record. In their last contest, Upper St. Clair topped Imani Christian Academy (Pittsburgh, PA), 74-32, in a league contest.
In their next game, the Big Macs battle the Norwin Knights (North Huntingdon, PA) in a WPIAL 6A 2 contest, on Friday, January 10. Canon-McMillan will attempt to better on its 2-8 season record.
