In Tuesday's non-league contest, the host Cheney Blackhawks basketball team scored a good 58-42 triumph over the Lewis & Clark Tigers.
The Blackhawks (4-7) will now prepare for their contest against Ferris (Spokane, WA). The Saxons go into the 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest with a 4-7 record. In their last contest, Ferris was toppled by Gonzaga Prep (Spokane, WA), 56-52, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Tigers confront the Mead Panthers (Spokane, WA) in a 2A/3A/4A Greater Spokane contest, on Friday, January 10. Lewis & Clark will attempt to better on its 2-10 season record. The Panthers go into the contest with a 7-3 record after their 63-62 non-league win over Mt. Spokane (Mead, WA).
