The Terry Bulldogs basketball team scored 47 points and limited the visiting Hattiesburg Tigers to 46 in the Bulldogs league triumph on Tuesday.
The Bulldogs now have a 8-9 record. They play next when they travel to Jim Hill for a 6A Region 3 game on Thursday, January 9. Terry will confront a Tigers team coming off a 55-44 league loss to Forest Hill (Jackson, MS). The Tigers record now stands at 11-5.
With the loss, Hattiesburg falls to 11-8 on the campaign. The Tigers host Pearl River Central (Carriere, MS) to confront the Blue Devils in a 6A Region 3 game on Friday, January 10. The Blue Devils go into the game with a record of 7-9. Pearl River Central lost 51-44 in their recent league match against West Jones (Laurel, MS)
