The Lincoln-Way Central Knights (New Lenox, IL) basketball crushed the host Yorkville Christian Mustangs (Yorkville, IL), 96-69 in Tuesday's non-league bout.

The Knights now possess a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Sandburg for a SouthWest Suburban bout on Friday, January 10. Lincoln-Way Central will play a Eagles team coming off a 91-31 league loss to Homewood-Flossmoor (Flossmoor, IL). The Eagles record now stands at 8-7.

With the loss, Yorkville Christian falls to 12-5 on the campaign. The Mustangs host Islamic Foundation (Villa Park, IL) to play the Chargers in a non-league bout on Thursday, January 9.
