In Tuesday's non-league test, the Mount View Mustangs (Thorndike, ME) basketball squad defeated the visiting Morse Shipbuilders (Bath, ME), by a final score of 45-34.
Next, the Mustangs clash with the Waterville Panthers (Waterville, ME) in a non-league test, on Thursday, January 9. Mount View will attempt to upgrade on its 5-6 season record. The Panthers come into the test with a 2-7 record after their 70-51 non-league loss to Winslow (Winslow, ME).
The Shipbuilders (3-7) will now prepare for their test against Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Panthers come into the B South test with a 9-0 record. In their last test, Medomak Valley overcame Leavitt (Turner, ME), 71-31, in a league test.
