The Yellowjackets enter the match with a record of 2-12. Rockmart lost 60-44 in their recent non-league match against Cedartown (Cedartown, GA)

The Mountaineers now own a 6-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lakeview-Fort Oglethorpe for a AA Region 7 test on Thursday, January 9. North Murray will encounter a Warriors squad coming off a 76-59 league win over Murray County (Chatsworth, GA). The Warriors record now stands at 10-5.
