California High School Basketball - Sage Hill victorious over Portola

In Tuesday's league contest, the host Sage Hill Lightning basketball team scored a good 49-38 triumph over the Portola Bulldogs.
The Lightning (8-6) will now prepare for their contest against Northwood (Irvine, CA). The Timberwolves go into the Pacific Coast contest with a 8-7 record. In their last contest, Northwood topped Laguna Beach (Laguna Beach, CA), 70-60, in a non-league contest.
In their next game, the Bulldogs confront the Irvine Vaqueros (Irvine, CA) in a Pacific Coast contest, on Friday, January 10. Portola will attempt to better on its 7-12 season record. The Vaqueros go into the contest with a 17-2 record after their 51-41 league win over Woodbridge (Irvine, CA).
