The Owls (9-5) will now prepare for their challenge against William Penn Charter (Philadelphia, PA). The Quakers come into the Inter-Academic challenge with a 7-4 record. In their last challenge, William Penn Charter was knocked off by Academy-Notre Dame De Namur (Villanova, PA), 63-53, in a league challenge.

In their next game, the Blue Devils encounter the Germantown Academy Patriots (Fort Washington, PA) in a Inter-Academic challenge, on Thursday, January 9. Springside Chestnut Hill Academy will attempt to improve on its 2-4 season record. The Patriots come into the challenge with a 7-4 record after their 51-43 non-league win over Shipley (Bryn Mawr, PA).
