In Tuesday's league contest, the visiting IKM/Manning Wolves basketball team scored a close 46-45 triumph over the AHSTW Vikings.

The Wolves (4-5) will now prepare for their contest against Exira-EHK (Elk Horn, IA). The Spartans go into the non-league contest with a 5-2 record. In their last contest, Exira-EHK nipped CAM (Anita, IA), 59-34, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Vikings confront the Coon Rapids-Bayard Crusaders (Coon Rapids, IA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. AHSTW will attempt to better on its 4-5 season record. The Crusaders go into the contest with a 6-1 record after their 41-19 league win over Boyer Valley (Dunlap, IA).
