The Vikings (5-5) will now prepare for their contest against Lisbon (Lisbon, IA). The Lions go into the non-league contest with a 7-4 record. In their last contest, Lisbon topped Prince of Peace Prep (Clinton, IA), 69-25, in a league contest.

In their next game, the Pirates battle the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks (Wellman, IA) in a non-league contest, on Thursday, January 9. Alburnett will attempt to better on its 5-6 season record. The Golden Hawks go into the contest with a 8-1 record after their 79-58 non-league loss to Solon (Solon, IA).
